Select creation method at the command prompt:
Major - Minor Radius : Create a ellipse by major radius then minor radius
Rectangle : Create a ellipse by circumscribed rectangle corners
Once defined the ellipsis 2 points are required , the line
connecting these 2 points and the center point will define the ellipse portion to keep.
