Auto UCS Mode

Auto UCS mode  is a feature that detects the input plane under the mouse cursor (objects surface)

and automatically aligns the UCS to this plane.

While its a nice feature that speeds up many tools often can be unpredictable so we can

disable it at the bottom tool-bar disabling the "ucs" option.
