Create a extruded poly-line on the current layer
Start clicking on consecutive points to define the poly-line.
A number of options are available :
Arc : Next segment will be an arch
Undo : Remove last point
End : End polyline command
Close : Close and terminate command
As soon the poly-line is closed of the end options is selected the command will prompt
for the height.
Click on a point or input the height in the current units or derived units ( eg 50 cm)
