Insert a vertical beam (column).
If a work-plane exists and the current window is the plan window
the columns will have the work-plane height and will be placed on the
work-plane structural layer.
if the current view port is a 3d window then the height of the columns must be inserted
after clicking on the column insertion point.
Once inserted the beam orientation can be modified by rotating one of the handles
that compare when we select the column.
